Audience members have had a long six months to analyze every frame of the season six finale cliffhanger for The Walking Dead. They’ve had those same six months to dissect cast and crew interviews to figure out just who will “meet Lucille” as Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) claims his first victim of the show in the season seven premiere.

There have been fans who claimed to have figured out who is still filming for season seven and who isn’t, but with the producers employing body doubles and filming more on sound stages to hide the truth, do fans really know who died? Maybe, maybe not.

There’s also been speculation that more than one death could occur as the result of Lucille being swung. What we know for sure is that one of the 11 main cast members featured in the season six finale will be killed in the season seven premiere, and we’ve ranked them from least likely to most likely to have their life taken by Negan’s barbed wire baseball bat.
